Bhumiwala runs the website at bhumiwala.in. This policy says what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who we pass it to, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than survived.
Who we are
Bhumiwala is a property advisory firm and channel partner. We help people find, compare and buy residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural property across Haryana, Delhi NCR, the Chandigarh tricity, the Jaipur belt and Dholera. We are not the developer, promoter or owner of the projects listed on this site.

What we collect
What you type in
Every form on this site — the enquiry forms, the brochure request, the site-visit booking, the contact page and the property submission form — asks for some of the following:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, where the form asks for one
- Anything you write in the message box
- The project you were looking at when you submitted
- The date and time slot you picked, if you were booking a site visit
We ask for a phone number because that is how a property enquiry actually gets answered. We do not need anything else to do our job, so we do not ask for anything else.
What your browser sends
Stored alongside each enquiry:
- Your IP address
- Your browser’s user-agent string — the make and version of your browser and device
- The page you submitted the form from, and the page you arrived from before that
- Campaign tags in the link (the
utm_parameters), if you came from an advertisement, a newsletter or a shared link - The date and time
Two reasons for this. It tells us which page produced the enquiry, so we know what is worth writing more of. And it is the only evidence we have when somebody abuses the forms — which happens, and which we would rather stop than let it fill your inbox with our replies to a stranger’s fake enquiry.
What we do not collect
- No payment details, ever. This website takes no money. No card, bank, UPI or wallet detail passes through it, because there is nothing here to pay for.
- No advertising or analytics tracker is installed at the time of writing. If that changes, we update this page and the Cookie Policy before we switch it on, not after.
- No identity documents. We never ask for Aadhaar, PAN, a passport or any government ID through this website. If a page appears to ask you for one, it is not ours — close it and tell us.
- We do not buy contact lists, and we do not scrape numbers.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to send you the brochure or price detail you asked for, to arrange and confirm a site visit, to introduce you to the developer of a project you are interested in, to keep a record of what was discussed, and to stop the forms being abused.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your data on the consent you give when you submit a form. Submitting is the consent. You can withdraw it — see Your rights — and we will stop, though we may keep a minimal record that an enquiry existed and was closed.
Who we share it with
This is the part people do not expect, so here it is plainly.
When you enquire about a specific project, we pass your name and phone number to that project’s developer, promoter or their appointed sales team. That is how a site visit gets arranged, how a price is quoted to you and how an allotment is actually made. It is the whole mechanism of a channel partner. Once your details reach the developer, their own privacy policy governs what they do with them, and we do not control that.
If you would rather we did not — say so in the message box, or tell us on the phone. We will keep the enquiry with us and work it without handing your number on. You will lose nothing except a little speed.
Otherwise, your data reaches only:
- Our hosting provider, which stores this website and its database on our behalf.
- Our email provider, which carries the notification of your enquiry to our sales inbox.
- A government body, court or law-enforcement agency, where we are required by law to produce it.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it or pass it to anybody for their own marketing.
Calls, WhatsApp and SMS
When you submit an enquiry, you are asking us to get in touch, so we and the developer of that project may call, WhatsApp, message or email you about it — including on a number registered under the National Customer Preference Register or with DND active. Your enquiry is the consent that makes that contact lawful.
It covers the enquiry you made. Tell us to stop at any time, on the phone or by email, and we will stop and record that you asked.
How long we keep it
An enquiry stays with us while the conversation is live and for three years after we last spoke to you, because property decisions are slow and a buyer who went quiet in one year often comes back in the next. After that it is deleted.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we are required to hold it for a legal or tax reason — in which case we will tell you which reason and how long it lasts.
How we keep it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries go into a database only our staff accounts can reach, and each account gets the least access its job needs. The forms carry three separate defences against automated abuse.
No website can honestly promise perfect security, and we are not going to. What we can say is what happens if it fails: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board, as the DPDP Act requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and who we shared it with
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent entirely
- Nominate somebody to exercise these rights for you if you cannot

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data or your request, write to us at Sales@bhumiwala.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. We will respond within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying or selling property. We do not knowingly collect anything from anybody under eighteen. If you believe a child has submitted a form here, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects what we do with data we already hold, we will say so on this page rather than hope you notice.
